The current crops consist of 4.5ha apricots, 4.5ha peaches with 2.5 hectares of vacant land for cash crops (squashes, butternuts, cantaloupes, cauliflower, corn).

Dwellings on the farm include the 4 bedroom main house, two wooden cottages and various sheds and barns. The main house has 3.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, open plan living room and dining room.
