Conveniently located from Cape Town, forty-two hectares of land provides a remarkable lifestyle. Part of a sought-after valley with majestic backdrop of mountains overlooking the ever-changing seasonal colors of the surround, it is a setting to behold.
The farm maintains around sixteen hectares of olives with three hectares of figs. Olive cultivars consists of Mission, Corotina, Manzanilla, Calamata and the latest 2017 addition of Frantoio. Extra Virgin Oil is produced with award winning quality for three years running. A huge range of oils, tapenades and preserved olives are marketed in the tasting facility. Among the top 5 quality in South Africa. The figs are White Genova, Black Mission and Adams.
Water supply consists of nine hectares of water from Sentral Breede River Scheme with an additional 59 000 m³ registered for the borehole. Water is stored in a servitude earth dam shared and measured with a volume of 27 000 m³ registered in favour of the property. The farm receives electricity directly from Eskom driving the booster pump installations, homestead and shop.
The infrastructure consists of a shed with tasting, storage and press facilities and two houses. The main house is a three bedroom, three-bathroom thatch roof house with lounge, dining room and pool. The second house is a two-bedroom, two bathrooms open plan kitchen lounge and built-in braai.
